MENAC: Instruction on Compliance Officers

Yesterday, the Portuguese Anti-Corruption Authority (MENAC) published its Instruction no. 1/2024, in which it densifies the requirements applicable to the designation of subject entities' Compliance Officers, pursuant to Article 5 of the General Regime for the Prevention of Corruption.
