Diogo Santana Lopes discusses the EU Anticorruption Directive at Rádio Observador

Diogo Santana Lopes was once again a guest on Rádio Observador's "Justiça Cega" to discuss the EU Anticorruption Directive with journalist Luís Rosa and fellow attorney Paulo Saragoça da Matta.

In the context of his intervention, Diogo Santana Lopes commented on the new offences provided under the Directive, particularly enrichment by corruption offences, the corporate sanctions provided therein and the limitation period for criminal proceedings.
